Job Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring Truck Dispatchers on behalf of a client in Lahore. We are seeking experienced and highly professional dispatch executives who can efficiently manage truck operations while maintaining strong communication with drivers and freight brokers.

The role is performance-driven, offering competitive salaries and additional earning potential based on monthly sales generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage 4–5 trucks per shift efficiently.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining operational reliability.
• Plan and optimize routes for maximum operational efficiency.
• Monitor live shipments and resolve any operational issues proactively.
• Maintain professional communication with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Generate and manage freight loads while contributing to sales performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of truck dispatch experience (mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple trucks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level dispatch knowledge preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong time management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expert Level: PKR 120,000 – PKR 160,000
• PKR 120,000 base for generating $3,000 in sales
• Up to PKR 160,000 for generating $4,000 in sales
• Non-Expert Level: Starting salary PKR 80,000
• Performance Incentives:

Additional earnings based on monthly sales generation

• Negotiable Salary:

Final compensation may vary depending on experience and expertise
