Hiring Experienced USA Truck Dispatcher

Full Time - Office Based
Location: Township, Lahore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift – US Time Zones)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 plus Performance Incentives

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in US truck dispatching
Strong command of English spoken and written
Excellent negotiation and broker communication skills
Experience using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
Ability to manage multiple trucks independently
Strong understanding of lanes, RPM, and market trends
Must be available for night shift according to US time zones

Job Responsibilities

Book high paying loads and maximize weekly revenue
Negotiate profitable rates with brokers
Plan efficient routes and reduce dead miles
Handle rate confirmations and required paperwork
Maintain strong relationships with brokers and drivers

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
