Job Description:

Goldman Solutions is seeking a motivated Trucking Dispatcher to join our growing team. As a Trucking Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our trucking fleet. We welcome applicants with a minimum of 6 months of experience, but both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for on-time deliveries and pickups
• Monitor and track the location of drivers and vehicles
• Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and fuel costs
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise on the road
• Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatching or a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation management (preferred)
