Dispatcher/Sales

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Sales professional to join our team at Equalizer Incorporated! Our main focus is the wholesale of liquid cattle feed and liquid fertilizer, although we have a variety of hauling we do including hoppers, belly dumps, and end dumps. Knowledge in these sectors is preferred, as well as a CDL is preferred also. In this vital role, you will coordinate transportation activities, manage deliveries to farmers, ranches, and feed stores, and provide exceptional customer service to drive efficiency and satisfaction. You will ensure seamless dispatching operations while actively engaging with clients and to promote sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatching of loads, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
• Maintain organized records of dispatch activities, freight documentation, and communication logs to ensure compliance and transparency
• Some outside work tending to a herd of cattle

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment; familiarity with freight management is highly preferred

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
