Junior Dispute Resolution Associate NQ - 3 Years experience, sought to join a leading law firm in Riyahd.

An opportunity for a KSA-qualified national to join a growing dispute resolution practice , working on a broad range of construction, infrastructure, commercial, and transport-related disputes . The role offers early responsibility and exposure to complex, high-value matters across domestic and international projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will support senior lawyers on contentious and advisory matters for a diverse client base, including employers, contractors, operators, and commercial entities . The practice handles disputes arising from major infrastructure, transport, and commercial projects, as well as general commercial litigation and regulatory-related matters.

Scope of Work

• Assisting on disputes relating to construction, infrastructure, and transport projects , including roads, rail, ports, logistics, and utilities
• Supporting work on commercial disputes , including contractual claims and advisory matters
• Involvement in alternative dispute resolution proceedings , including international arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and expert determination
• Assisting with matters before regulatory and specialist tribunals
• Legal research, drafting, and case preparation under partner and senior associate supervision

Candidate Profile

• KSA national and Saudi-qualified lawyer
• Junior-level experience in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration i.e. NQ - 3 years qualified experience
• Interest in construction, infrastructure, transport, and commercial disputes
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
