We’re hiring: Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving meaningful change — supporting team leadership, transforming data into powerful insights, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering compelling client presentations across multi-sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical execution and deliver high-quality client outputs
• Contribute to problem-solving and day-to-day client management
• Translate innovative ideas into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations
• Support and, where appropriate, own client communications
• Guide and mentor analyst team members and oversee research efforts
• Participate in and occasionally drive firm-wide initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• • 4+ years of experience in consulting (management consulting preferred)
  • Strong client-facing experience with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
  • Strong analytical skillset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (National ID or transferable Iqama)
