Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Administrator (Non-Warehouse) to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Distribution Administrator to help oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process within warehouses. The Distribution Administrator expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our distribution efficiency and supporting our overall operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and familiar in high-volume distribution operations.

Job Summary

This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective order processing, from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end order management, including order receipt, processing, allocation, fulfillment, and delivery across the supply chain network
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order allocation to minimize shortage and fill rate issue
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to order status, trouble shoot, and escalations with a focus on exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and planning
  • Ensure compliance with vendor standards, routing guide and company policies in all order management activities.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on time rate and order status.

Required Qualifications

  • Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 2 years focused on order management in a distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation modes, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume B2B distribution.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
