The Business Analyst – Distribution & Sales will serve as a strategic partner within the IT Department, acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain) and technology teams.
The not only gather requirements but also understand the bigger business picture, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
This is a central role in transforming Sales & Distribution processes through IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy, customer-centric approach, and operational efficiency goals. He will be responsible for end-to-end business analysis – from understanding commercial objectives and distributor ecosystem challenges to enabling technology adoption across CRM, ERP (Sales & Distribution modules) , Distributor Management Systems (DMS), and analytics platforms.
