Job Summary:

The Sales Distribution Executive is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s distribution network, ensuring product availability in the market, and achieving sales targets through distributors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
  • Ensure effective distribution of products across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide support to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Use SAP system to process sales orders, monitor stock availability, and track customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports using SAP.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in the market.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the cable industry is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or distribution management.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system (Sales & Distribution module is preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage distributor relationships and market expansion.
  • Good knowledge of the local market.
