What you'll be doing:

In this strategic leadership role, you’ll drive growth and transformation across Avon’s international distributor markets. You’ll lead the development and execution of omnichannel strategies that integrate retail, e-commerce, and distributor networks to enhance customer experience and expand market reach. You’ll be responsible for managing commercial performance, building strong partnerships, and delivering operational excellence across diverse geographies. This role is all about unlocking new opportunities, scaling digital ecosystems, and shaping the future of Avon’s global presence.

Key responsibilities:

Leading distributor and channel management across multiple international markets.
Designing and executing omnichannel expansion strategies.
Driving business development initiatives and identifying new growth opportunities.
Managing P&L to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated go-to-market plans.
Overseeing transformation programs to modernize operations and accelerate digital adoption.
Building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in omnichannel sales, distributor management, and business development.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering double-digit growth.
Experience in scaling digital and retail ecosystems across emerging and mature markets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead complex transformation programs and drive operational excellence.
