District Home Delivery Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Home Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize the home delivery operations of poultry products within the assigned district in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient logistics, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations specific to the poultry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all home delivery activities across the district to ensure timely and accurate delivery of poultry products.
Develop and implement delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operation flow.
Monitor delivery staff performance, conduct training, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to delivery services and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with local regulations concerning food safety, hygiene, and transportation of poultry products.
Analyze delivery data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers when necessary to ensure reliable supply chain operations.
Prepare regular reports on delivery operations, challenges, and performance metrics for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, home delivery, or supply chain management, preferably in the poultry or food industry.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations related to food safety and transportation.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in delivery management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
