Job Summary:

District Manager will lead, train & motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets within a specific geographical area or district, developing strategies, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and fostering client relationships to drive regional growth and meet company objectives.

Bridge senior management with field teams, ensuring effective execution of sales plans and adherence to company policies

To supervise and lead sales force activities to ensure successful achievement of the sales target and the Growth forecast attainment.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual sales target and implement the company’s strategy
  • Train, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives to be second-line management
  • Establish strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
  • Monitor sales team activities through discussing and reviewing Med. Reps. On daily basis.
  • Make field visits regularly with Medical Reps to make sure the Message and Plan are executed appropriately.
  • Participate in the r ecruitment and selection process.
  • Review subordinates’ performance on quarterly basis



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, or Veterinary Medicine.
  • Proven (3) Years of professional experience in the sales field in the same position.
