District Sales Officer

About the Company:

Reliable Coats Pvt. Ltd. is a leading paint manufacturing company known for high-quality decorative and industrial coatings. We are expanding our presence across Madhya Pradesh and are looking for a dynamic District Sales Officer to drive growth in the Ratlam region.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the assigned district.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.

* Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.

* Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and report market trends to management.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.

* Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.

* Promote company products through on-ground activities, painter meets, and local events.

* Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and sales performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the Paint / Building Material / Hardware / Construction industry.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Ability to achieve targets and work under minimal supervision.

* Good understanding of the local market and dealer network.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
