We’re #Hiring –DM – Human Resources (Employee Engagement & Culture)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant HR experience with proven exposure to employee engagement and culture-building programmes. Experience in driving employee survey action plans will be an added advantage.

Qualification: MBA/PG in HR

Role Overview:- Responsible for executing and enhancing employee engagement initiatives, driving culture-building programs, and supporting organisational HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.- Drive employee survey processes and action planning.- Partner with leadership to strengthen communication, recognition, and overall employee experience.- Support HR projects, events, and organisational development initiatives.-Track engagement metrics and prepare reports.

Skills Required: Strong communication & interpersonal skills Experience in employee engagement programs Ability to manage end-to-end HR initiatives Stakeholder management & coordination skills
