We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Patent and IP Specialist. This role will oversee patent filings, IP risk mitigation, and alignment of IP strategy with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of patent and IP strategy in alignment with business goals.</li><li>Manage end-to-end patent lifecycle: drafting, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patents domestically and internationally.</li><li>Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate (FTO), and infringement analyses to support R&amp;D and business units.</li><li>Oversee IP portfolio management, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing agreements.</li><li>Monitor competitor IP activity and emerging technology trends to advise on strategic IP positioning and risk.</li><li>Advise senior management on IP risks, opportunities, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
