About the Role

This position has been created to support the growing needs of GPM from ITC. With numerous regional projects getting addressed at ITC. This position needs to have a sound project management leader execute the upcoming NPD projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
- Work with global business teams on various projects
- Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning
- Requirements gathering
- Planning and executing various types of projects.
  - NPD - Engineering Projects (Consumer Based)
  - VAVE projects
- Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Conducting daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.
- Assist in Documenting and publishing the project reports.
- Assisting for flawless project execution with Project Management in ‘disciplined approach’.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO
- Initiate and generate various reports (operational metrics)
- Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Being a part of the ISO team executing flawless project documentation.

Qualification & Experience

Required:

Very Good Written and Spoken English
Very good Presentation skills
Should have sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC. EMEA).
Strong Project Management skills
Minimum 12+ years of experience (of which approximately 8+ years in core Project Management role) of product development.
Documentation skills, attention to details
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Preference for candidates would be given if they have:

12+ years of experience (8+ years in Project Management role) of product development.
Experience in MS Project & related Project Management tools.
Experience in Past roles in Design Engineering or Manufacturing is a bonus.
Data Management / Data Analytics experience preferred.
Engineering design related exposure
Manufacturing process exposure
PMP Certification is an added advantage.
