Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Qualification: MBBS

Registration: Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) Registration – Mandatory

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Duty Doctor to provide quality medical care and support day-to-day clinical operations. The role is open to both fresh MBBS graduates and experienced doctors with strong clinical fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients as per standard medical protocols
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose illnesses, and recommend treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Handle emergency cases and provide first-line treatment when required
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics
• Participate in ward rounds and follow-up care

Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
• Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) registration
• Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic emergency management skills
• Familiarity with hospital documentation and EMR systems (preferred)
