Job Description:
We are seeking a Doctor Acquisition Telecaller to connect with doctors, generate leads, and support the sales team in onboarding them for our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce company services.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and doctor interactions in CRM.
• Follow up on doctor queries and assist in onboarding.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
