You're the bridge between medicine and wealth.

At The Pivotal Investment, we help high-income professionals — especially physicians, dentists, and specialists — translate their hard-earned income into long-term, equity-based wealth through real estate.

Now, we’re seeking a Doctor & Dentist Sales Advisors who can build and manage relationships within the medical community, drive investment conversations, and expand our national physician portfolio.

This is not just a cold-call sales role. It’s a relationship-first, trust-building, deal-driving position for someone who understands the unique challenges and mindset of medical professionals — and knows how to help them think beyond income and into legacy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with doctors, dentists, and healthcare professionals across the U.S.
  • Educate physician prospects about real estate investment opportunities — both passive and active
  • Host or coordinate private dinners, webinars, and white-glove investment briefings
  • Act as a trusted liaison between medical professionals and our acquisitions & investor relations teams
  • Leverage your network to generate warm referrals and build a long-term pipeline of high-net-worth professionals
  • Represent The Pivotal Investment brand with confidence, clarity, and credibility

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have deep relationships or background in the medical, dental, or healthcare world
  • Can translate complex investment ideas into simple, actionable conversations
  • Thrive on building trust, not just pitching products
  • Understand what keeps doctors and dentists up at night (student loans, burnout, taxes, time)
  • Have experience with private investments, real estate, or financial advisory (or are eager to learn)
  • Are a polished communicator who can represent a premium brand to high-net-worth clients

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in business development, client relations, sales, or private advisory
  • Existing connections in the medical, dental, or healthcare community preferred
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Confidence leading one-on-one and group conversations about real estate investment strategy
  • Background in real estate, finance, or healthcare a strong plus
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings and events

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based with generous splits on capital raised or referred
  • Performance bonuses tied to closed investments and relationship milestones
  • Support from our in-house content, operations, and investor teams
  • Opportunities to host branded physician events, lead market expansion, and earn equity or rev share
