Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Doctor Chasers for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with doctors’ offices to obtain signed prescriptions and required documentation for pending orders. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills and the ability to communicate professionally with medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with doctors’ offices regarding pending prescriptions and required documents.
• Request and obtain signed prescriptions and other necessary paperwork for DME orders.
• Maintain accurate follow-up records and update the system regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track order status and ensure documentation is complete.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage records.
• Ability to work in a professional call center environment.
