Doctor Chaser for US Healthcare Process

We are hiring experienced Doctor Chasers for our US healthcare campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with doctors’ offices to obtain signed prescriptions, medical records, and required documentation to ensure timely processing of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with US doctors’ offices for signed prescriptions and pending documents
• Maintain regular communication with clinics, medical assistants, and front desk staff
• Ensure timely collection of medical records and required paperwork
• Update CRM with accurate call notes and case status
• Coordinate with internal verification and billing teams
• Meet daily follow-up and productivity targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare, DME, or medical billing
• Experience in doctor chasing or provider follow-ups preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Familiarity with US medical terminology (preferred)
• Ability to work in US shift
