  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with diagnostic departments, labs, and other specialties as required.
  • Handle patient queries and complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain the doctor’s calendar including appointments, meetings, and rounds.
  • Prepare consultation summaries, referral letters, and medical certificates.
  • Organize and maintain patient files, reports, prescriptions, and case papers.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) and manage incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical records.
  • Assist in data entry, transcription, and filing of patient information.
  • Prepare reports, maintain logs, and ensure confidentiality of all medical records.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, administrative departments, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure availability of required materials and supplies for the doctor’s consultations.
  • Follow up on medical investigations and test results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,644.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
