  • Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Organizing, filing, and digitally preserving important company documents.
  • Data Extraction & Interpretation: Reading and interpreting various documents to extract relevant information and ensure its accuracy.
  • Quality Control & Auditing: Performing document audits, checking for errors, and verifying the completeness and accuracy of documents against company policies and legal standards.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Editing and proofreading documents for grammar, correct spelling, clarity, and overall quality.
  • System Management: Working with document management systems, which may involve providing user support, maintaining systems, and collaborating with IT for upgrades.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Acting as a liaison between different departments, lenders, or external vendors to obtain or provide necessary documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing documents to identify trends, areas for improvement, and then implementing changes to enhance the effectiveness of processes or systems. Essential Skills
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in reviewing documents to catch errors and ensure accuracy.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with MS Office products and an ability to learn and adapt to new software and document management systems.
