- Manage, organize, and maintain all the documents.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored in the company’s document control system.
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain logs, and ensure proper distribution to relevant departments.
- Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of documents in line with company procedures.
- Ensure that document numbering, formatting, and filing conventions are consistently applied.
- Prepare transmittals, cover sheets, and document registers for submission to clients, contractors, and internal departments.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Support project teams with access to documents, retrieval of information, and submission of updated versions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper access permissions to sensitive documents.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly documentation status reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth document workflow.
- Archive completed project documents in accordance with company policy.
