Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Document Control Manager to oversee the complete document and data control lifecycle for a multi-billion dollar mega-project in Riyadh. This critical leadership role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing robust document control processes, systems, and governance across the entire Program Management Office (PMO), contractors, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will ensure that all project information—including engineering deliverables, commercial correspondence, technical submissions, and project records—is accurately controlled, maintained, and retrieved in compliance with project and client standards, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity from inception to closeout.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure that the Document Control Procedure is followed by the PMO and the PMCs and update the Procedure when needed.

• Manage the EDMS for the Programme which is currently ACC

• Create Workflows for Programme Documentation in the EDMS

• Provide outstanding/overdue weekly log reports

• Manage the PMO Sharepoint

• Training team members on the EDMS

• Strong familiarity with ACC

• Experience in procedure writing

• Experience in managing Sharepoint structure

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Self Motivation to gain alignment on the EDMS with the PMO and PMCs on the EDMS

• Strong verbal and written skills in English

• Willingness to share knowledge and train others on the EDMS and Sharepoint

• PMP preferred

• Minimum of 10 progressive years experience in document control

• Degree Qualified in Business Administration, Documentation or related field
