Vacancy for Full Time Document Controller

A Dubai based construction firm is looking for hiring a Document Controller

** MANDATORY**

The applicant is required to have at least 3 years of experience in document control, specifically in the construction and fit-out field.
Must have 3 years minimum experience in GCC (UAE preferred).

Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role for a Document Controller. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and updating all project-related documentation such as drawings, approvals, reports, and correspondence. The role involves strict control of document flow between the site, consultants, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and version control across all documents.

Qualifications

• Preferably FEMALE candidates
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control within construction and fit-out projects
• Proven experience in GCC is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of document control systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and site communication procedures
