Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain document control registers and ensure documents are up-to-date.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related documents in both physical and electronic formats.
Should have very good experience on preparing of time sheet, material order
Proficient typing and editing skills
Should be familiar with construction work and related documents
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. additional certifications in inventory management or document control are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry in UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
