Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and manage all controlled documents for projects and departments, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Receive, log, distribute, and track engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure proper document classification, numbering, and filing as per project and company procedures.
- Manage document revision control and ensure obsolete documents are promptly removed from circulation.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely document submissions and updates.
- Prepare and maintain document transmittals and records for internal and external communications.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation and records promptly.
- Adhere to all QHSE and company policies related to document control and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the Oil & Gas / manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems (EDMS).
- Familiarity with engineering documentation, project records, and revision control procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and time management abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
