Experience: Minimum 7 years in document control, preferably in construction companies in the UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and properly filed according to company and client standards
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to track document submission, approval, and revision cycles
  • Prepare reports on document status, transmittals, and revisions
  • Maintain electronic document management systems and ensure proper access and security

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures, ISO standards, and project documentation workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
