We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary / Document Controller with experience in consultancy and construction projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to project and management teams
  • Manage and control project documentation (incoming/outgoing correspondence, drawings, submittals, etc.)
  • Maintain and update document logs and filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for document submissions and approvals
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track project action items
  • Ensure all project documentation complies with company and project standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • With experience in a consultant or construction firm
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and project documentation procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
