Document Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with a strong background in construction and fit-out Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the technical submission process for projects
• Coordinate document flow between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction teams, and other departments
• Receive, maintain, submit, and compose correspondence with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports
• Compile and submit relevant documents for project submissions
• File and maintain physical and digital records
• Update logs, including inspections, document transmittals, and material submittals
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors for document exchange
• Arrange meetings and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for operational and maintenance manuals

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a document controller in the construction and fit-out industry
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
