Looking for competent & experienced candidates to join our Company as “Document Controller Officer”.
The candidate should be trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping and analytical abilities. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender & Quotation Preparation
- Prepare tender documents, including technical, financial, and compliance sections.
- Draft, review, and format quotation proposals as per client requirements.
- Collect technical specifications from OEMs/suppliers and ensure 100% compliance.
- Maintain a record of tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain prices, certifications, and supporting documents.
2. Computer Operation & Documentation
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, tenders, emails, and client communication.
- Ensure proper backup and storage of tender records and quotation files.
3. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Track tender updates via portals, email alerts, and procurement websites.
- Assist management in preparing comparative statements and evaluation sheets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science /Engineering or relevant field preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in tender preparation, bid submission, or quotation making.
- Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email drafting, and PDF tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with public sector tenders (CAA, PPRA, Government Departments).
- Knowledge of technical product specifications (aviation, security, engineering, or industrial equipment).
