Document Controller

The project:

This is opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.

Provides document management and general administration support to the project team. Typically involves smaller projects where time is shared between the two disciplines.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Organise internal and external meetings, presentations, and associated logistics.
• Support the commercial team with contracts, bids, and documentation.
• Manage office supplies and PPE, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain and administer electronic file-sharing systems such as SharePoint and Aconex.
• Oversee system management, ensuring documents meet quality standards.
• Create and update distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintain project work package matrices and generate reports for the project team.
• Ensure key processes, including RFIs, operate in line with established procedures.

You’ll need to have:

• Aconex Experience.
• Previous experience working within a construction team.
• Experience managing key construction information management procedures.
• Highly organised, with ability to coordinate and guide others effectively.
