Job Title: Data Entry and Document Controller (Factory Office)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Entry and Document Controller to join our factory office team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth data management for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update factory-related data such as attendance, production, and materials.
  • Maintain and organize employee and production files.
  • Control, track, and file all factory office documents properly.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Production departments for data accuracy.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all data and records.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in data entry or document control (preferably in a factory or industrial setting).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preference:

  • Female candidate
  • Residency Murbah (optional)

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.

Salary: 1800/- per month.
