Requirements & Skills:

Document Control:

  • Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring proper filing, version control, and accessibility.
  • Maintain a well-organized and secure document management system for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Ensure that all project documents, including contracts, plans, specifications, and reports, are accurately numbered, filed, and indexed.
  • Oversee the distribution of documents to relevant departments or stakeholders and ensure timely approval and revisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency and compliance with internal and external documentation standards.
  • Prepare and maintain document transmittals, both internally and externally, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for regulatory compliance and audits.

Procurement:

  • Familiar with local suppliers and subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies and logistics (including freight clearance)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-organized, and analytical

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
