Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management Prepare, review, and submit tenders for medical and surgical equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, government, and regulatory requirements in Qatar.
• Technical & Commercial Coordination Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to gather accurate product specifications.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Regulatory & Compliance Ensure all tender documentation meets Qatari Ministry of Public Health standards and international medical regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of product registrations, certifications, and approvals.
• Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with procurement departments in hospitals (HMC, Sidra, PHCC, private hospitals).
• Liaise with surgeons, clinicians, and biomedical engineers to align tender proposals with clinical needs.
• Market Intelligence Monitor upcoming tenders, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks in the medical and surgical sector.
• Provide insights to management on procurement trends and opportunities.
• Post-Tender Activities Follow up on tender clarifications, negotiations, and award notifications.
• Maintain records of tender submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical and surgical products (devices, consumables, implants, instruments).
• Experience in tendering, procurement, and regulatory affairs in Qatar’s healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
