To manage the procurement, tendering, and contract administration processes for real estate projects, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery of materials, services, and contractors required for ongoing and upcoming developments.
Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, services, FM, construction, and real estate-related requirements.
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in line with approved budgets and procurement plans.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Maintain and update the approved vendor list (AVL) specific to real estate and property management needs.
Prepare and float RFQs, RFPs, and tenders for contractors, consultants, facility management providers, and service vendors.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluations in coordination with engineering, projects, and finance teams.
Compile tender documentation, comparison sheets, and recommendations for management approval.
Ensure all tendering processes follow company policy, regulatory requirements, and transparency standards.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalising vendor contracts, service agreements, and project-related contracts.
Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality requirements.
Maintain contract records, amendments, and renewal schedules.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve disputes or delivery issues.
Conduct periodic vendor evaluations to ensure quality and compliance.
Track procurement expenditures and ensure alignment with project budgets.
Provide cost analysis, savings reports, and procurement dashboards to management.
Support finance with invoice verification and GRN coordination.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements, and Qatar regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of tenders, quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
Support internal and external audits with required procurement records.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of procurement/tendering experience (preferably in real estate or facility management).
Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract terms, and supplier negotiation.
Familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement requests in a fast-paced environment.
