Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company objectives, ensuring the efficient sourcing of high-quality materials, equipment, and services.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle: supplier identification and evaluation, negotiations, contract management, and purchase order issuance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both local and international vendors; regularly assess performance and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations, import/export requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material and service needs, supporting seamless production and project execution.​
  • Track market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to improve procurement efficiency and achieve savings.
  • Supervise, train, and develop procurement staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports for management review, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and risk assessments.

This position requires strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as experience with procurement in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.
