Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about document management systems, project documentation, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on document control processes and best practices.
  • Teach document management systems (DMS), filing structures, and version control.
  • Explain document workflows, approvals, and tracking systems in projects.
  • Introduce standards used in construction and corporate documentation.
  • Provide hands-on training using tools like MS Excel, SharePoint, or EDMS platforms.
  • Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
  • Guide participants on real-world documentation procedures and compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry practices and digital documentation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of document control processes and office tools.
  • Familiarity with EDMS/DMS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for training.
