Document Scanning Intern

Givens Aldersgate is seeking a detail orientated and organized intern to assist with a large-scale document digitization project. This role will support the Human Resources team by converting paper personnel files and other employment related records into electronic format.

What you'll do:

• Scan paper documents into electronic formats using office scanning equipment
• Review documents for completeness, legibility, and accuracy
• Organize, sort, and label paper files
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Verify that scanned files are properly names and stored
• Assist with organizing, archiving, and securely disposing of records in accordance with retention guidelines

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
