Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly? Compex Legal Services is looking for a full-time Document Specialist to join our team! This essential role reports to the POD Manager and helps prepare notice and subpoena packages for clients—and so much more!

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble notice and subpoena packages like a pro.
• Ensure documents comply with statutory hold laws.
• Modify packets and documents per client requests.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues.
• Distribute packets and documents efficiently and accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Super organizational skills and the ability to prioritize like a champ.
• A customer service mindset that keeps clients happy.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train!
