Responsibilities;

  • Maintain organized records of financial and customs documents in line with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Support the payment process by collecting, checking, and submitting all required documentation to the bank
  • Reconcile customs declarations and supplier invoices, ensuring data accuracy and timely posting
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as contract administration ( import - export ) etc

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments
