Documentation & Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Documentation & Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tender management and submissions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. If you are a detail-oriented and experienced in Documentation & Customer Service with a solid understanding of financial management, we invite you to apply and contribute to our organization's financial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain record of Projects, Tender Sheets, Bid Securities & Performance Guarantee sheet.
  • Tender management, including tender search from different e-platforms, formation and submission of tenders.
  • Timely tax challans recoveries & payment recoveries or payment follow-ups from customers via calls/emails.
  • Submission of Data and Activity/Progress Reports on required frequency.
  • Assist team lead in managing daily operations.
  • Team Work & Coordination with Cross Functional Teams including pre-sales and sale team.
  • To perform any other task assigned by the management.

Skills:

  • Tender management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Familiarity with tender management management.
  • Proven experience as an Documentation & Customer Service or in a similar role.

Education:

  • University Degree in Business Administration.

Timings:

  • 09:00am - 06:00pm (Monday - Friday).
