Documentation Preparation & Collaterals Officer

Responsibilities:

-Handling the documentation preparation process for common credit structures by directing and reviewing & validating all corporate process related to documentation preparation as well as validating all tailor-made legal docs prepared by Legal dept. to ensure proper transformation of all credit facilities structures into proper legal docs governing the credit relationship with client & protecting the bank rights.

-MIS / Reporting with regard to daily / weekly / monthly including but not limited to Tracking Sheet for daily received corporate clients.

-Analysis of the approved credit structures in order to determine the necessary documentary framework for implementation of credit structure terms, conditions & collaterals.

-Handling the documentation preparation process for common credit structures not involving MTLs or special mechanism or corporate guarantees to ensure transformation of all credit facilities structures into proper legal docs governing the credit relationship with client & protecting the bank rights.

-Ensuring the credit decision is made by proper delegation level as per ENBD's DLA framework prior to initiating the documentary implementation process.
