During 90 day training period $300-$500

After 90 day training period $500–$800/week (includes base pay + mileage reimbursement + tips)

Location: Mobile Position throughout Seacoast NH (Portsmouth, Rye, North Hampton, Greenland, Stratham, Exeter)

The Daily Dog is a fast-growing dog adventure & training company looking for our next team member to join our pack. This is not your average dog walking job, we specialize in structured off-leash group hikes where dogs learn recall, manners, and social skills while enjoying the trails.

We’re looking for someone who’s not only excited about hiking with dogs, but also about growing into a true professional in canine training and behavior. Think of it as a paid apprenticeship, we’ll teach you everything you need to know, step by step.

What You’ll Do

• Ride along during training (first ~3 months) to learn our system and pack management.
• Lead structured off-leash hikes (3–6 dogs at a time) once trained.
• Reinforce recall and obedience.
• Transport dogs safely in your own vehicle.
• Keep dogs safe, happy, and engaged in all weather conditions.
• Snap photos/videos for clients (we love showing off their pups’ adventures).
• Communicate with clients and team members with professionalism and positivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Dog-savvy and confident around all breeds/sizes (professional experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person).
• Outdoorsy and comfortable working in rain, snow, and heat.
• Reliable, proactive, and excited to learn.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable SUV or crossover vehicle (must fit 3–6 dogs safely).
• Bonus if you’ve worked with dogs in training, hiking, or daycare settings.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-Time to Start: Pick from some or all of the below as your training hours- Monday 11-3:30, Tuesday 11-2, Wednesday 9-4, Thursday 11-2, Friday 9-1 (no weekends!). Quickly build up to a more full time roll of 9-4 M-F for the right fit!
• $500–$800/week (base pay + mileage reimbursement + tips).
• Immediate pay bump after training period.
• Plenty of room to grow into full-time training/leadership roles.
