The Role

• Adventure Leader: Provide fun, safe, and engaging walks (solo and group) for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
• Safety First: Manage safe pickups and drop-offs for walks and daycare.
• Training Support: Help reinforce positive behaviors and basic training for our furry clients.
• Care Specialist: Opportunities for daycare supervision and cozy overnight boarding/sitting.

What We’re Looking For:

• A True Dog Lover: You have a natural comfort and confidence with dogs of all temperaments.
• Reliability: You are punctual, well-organized, and have excellent time-management skills.
• Local Resident: Ideally, you live within close proximity to Needham, Westwood, Newton, Wellesley, Dedham, Brookline, or Chestnut Hill.
• Tech Savvy: You have a smartphone and are responsive to team texts and emails during your shift.
• Commitment: We’re looking for team members who can grow with us for at least 6 months.
• Availability: We’re looking for team members who are available during our the hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekdays & Weekends). You don’t need to work the full window, but being able to commit to a reliable block of time within these hours is key to helping us provide top-tier care for our pups.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ year of professional or high-level pet care experience (Preferred).
• Transport: A reliable vehicle (that you are comfortable transporting dogs in) with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Background: Ability to pass a standard background and reference check.
• Driving: A clean driving record is a must.
