Responsibilities

• Lead energetic walks for dogs of all sizes, ensuring safety and exercise needs are met with enthusiasm.
• Provide reliable pet sitting services, including feeding, administering medication, and companionship.
• Monitor pets’ behavior and health during visits, alerting owners or veterinary professionals if concerns arise.
• Maintain clean and organized pet care areas, including kennels and play spaces.
• Handle animal restraint safely during grooming or veterinary procedures when necessary.
• Offer additional pet care services such as grooming, administering medication, or light training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ activities and well-being.

Requirements

• Proven experience with dog training, handling, and animal restraint techniques.
• Background in veterinary technician or assistant roles is highly desirable.
• Experience working with animals in kennels, veterinary clinics, or similar environments.
• Strong animal handling skills with a focus on safety and compassion.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for supplies or equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills to build trust with pet owners.
