Job Description: Are you passionate about animals? Junebug’s Walks and Care, LLC is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Pet Care Associate. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with pets, ensuring they receive the exercise, attention, and care they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Safely walk and exercise dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Follow detailed care instructions provided by clients (feeding, medication, water breaks, etc.).
• Maintain open and professional communication with clients and the company.
• Provide real-time updates.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures for scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:

• Must genuinely love animals and have professional experience handling dogs and working with cats.
• Confidence in managing dogs of varying sizes and energy levels.
• Dependable transportation to travel between clients’ homes.
• M-F availability with rotating weekends
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
• Pay: $17-$19 per hour
• Schedule: Weekday availability required, some weekends
