Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable, animal-loving, independent contractors to join our team. As a Pack Leader contractor, you'll provide hands-on care for dogs through daycare, boarding, daily walks, pack walks or in-home pet sitting. This flexible role is perfect for individuals with a passion for pets and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care for dogs in daycare, boarding, walking, or in home environments
• Ensure dogs receive exercise, socialization, and basic enrichment during their time in your care.
• Follow specific instructions from pet parents (feeding schedules, medication, special needs)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all pets
• Communicate with clients and our team with professionalism and warmth, including sending daily updates & photos

Qualifications:

• Genuine love for dogs and experience handling various breeds and sizes
• Prior pet care experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Must have reliable transportation, and be ok having dogs in car
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to travel for in home care, walks and transporting dogs
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check

Contract Details:

• This is an independent contactor position
• Flexible schedule
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurances

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
