We are seeking Dog Walkers/Pet Sitters to join our team! Peak Pet Care, LLC is a quickly growing women owned small business in Denver, CO. We are professional, fun, and rewarding. Our goal is to provide high quality and professional care for pets in the comfort of their own home. Therefore, we offer overnight stays and daily check-ins in our client's home. Additionally, we offer timed walks/visits. We value trust, reliability, flexibility, passion and communication. We strive to go above and beyond for our clients and their pets. All pets and homes are treated as if they were our own when in our care. We provide care for cats, dogs, reptiles, fish as well as hamster, rabbits and guinea pigs. Medication administration is required for this position. This includes injectable medication, eye/ear medication, and oral medication for dogs and cats.

Responsibilities

• Handle general pet care tasks such as feeding, walking, cleaning, etc.
• Handle general home care tasks such as cleaning, laundry, collecting mail/packages, setting and disarming alarms, etc.
• Excellent time management/communication skills
• Ability to administer medication to animals
• Keep records of animal feedings, treatments, and other updates
• Engage in play activities and exercise with the animals
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and pet friendly environment at all times

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a reliable form of transportation (your own vehicle) and a Driver's License
• Must have your own smart phone with a working camera
• Pet care/handling experience (1-2 years)
• Customer service experience (1-2 years)
• Must carry your own pet sitter insurance
• Must sign a 1099 as a contractor

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
